Terms of Service
IWISH (iwantisell.com) · Effective 15 July 2026 · 3DN family
These Terms govern your use of IWISH, the local sellers & riders marketplace. IWISH is part of the 3DN family with DutchBud and PolitiCap. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Put your WORK where your mouth is.
Work you do on IWISH can earn DutchBud virtual credits. Later you may choose to allocate those credits on PolitiCap — a civic market simulation — instead of (or alongside) receiving peer-to-peer real-currency payment for a job. At launch, real-currency P2P will dominate; virtual credits grow meaningful as the economy does.
1. What IWISH is
IWISH connects local sellers, riders, and buyers for real-world goods and delivery runs. It is a marketplace coordination service — not a bank, not a payment processor for your cash, and not a gambling product.
2. Two ways to get paid (your choice)
For eligible work, you may choose:
- Real currency (peer-to-peer): Buyer and seller (or rider parties to the job) settle directly with each other, including via payment QR codes shown in the app. Payments go only between participants. The platform operator does not receive those peer-to-peer payments, does not hold them in escrow as a money transmitter for your trades, and is not the merchant of record for your P2P transfer.
- Virtual currency (DutchBud): You may accept payment or rewards in DutchBud virtual credits (proof-of-sweat / earned contribution). These credits live in the 3DN virtual economy (see DutchBud Terms) and may later be used on services such as PolitiCap.
You are responsible for taxes, receipts, and compliance with local law for any real-currency amounts you send or receive peer-to-peer.
3. Platform does not take your P2P money
- Real-currency settlement is user-to-user.
- We may show QR codes, status, or confirmation UX to help you coordinate — that does not make us a party to the payment.
- Disputes over real-currency P2P transfers are primarily between the parties involved; we may assist with platform evidence (order status, GPS timeline) but are not a bank or court.
4. DutchBud virtual credits
- DutchBud is a closed-loop virtual unit for the 3DN family.
- Credits are obtained by proof of sweat (work and participation) and any grants we publish — not by buying them from us for cash (unless we later publish a separate, explicit product change).
- Credits are not legal tender, have no guaranteed cash value, and are not redeemable from us for money.
- You may use credits only as allowed inside 3DN services.
5. PolitiCap connection
DutchBud credits earned through work may later be allocated on PolitiCap, a civic participation / market simulation (“put your WORK where your mouth is”). PolitiCap does not accept real-money deposits for trading and does not cash out credits. See the PolitiCap Terms.
6. Not gambling
IWISH is a work and delivery marketplace. Virtual credits and any linked PolitiCap simulation are not offered as online gambling. Do not use the services to run real-money wagering schemes.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
- Accurate identity information where required; keep credentials safe.
- No fraud, fake orders, GPS spoofing to cheat runs, harassment, or illegal goods.
- No selling accounts or virtual credits for real money off-platform.
8. Roles (future)
Related 3DN products may introduce trust levels and roles (for example Investor on PolitiCap). Ordinary marketplace users are not granted privileged market-oversight roles by default.
9. No warranties; liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for peer-to-peer payment failures between users, lost virtual balances, or indirect damages from use of the marketplace.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; the effective date on this page will change. Continued use means acceptance. Contact channels: 3dn.nl.
